Five-year Strategic Plan
To uphold the Group’s missions and committment while driving the sustainable development of TWGHs to provide more comprehensive services to the community and build a better society, the five-year strategic plan (2023/24 – 2027/28) has been formulated. Its current core strategic directions for five years are set out below:
- Innovate, and consolidate for sustainable growth and service excellence;
- Grasp new opportunities for new services for all walks of life;
- Foster closer internal collaboration, and closer partnership with stakeholders;
- Strengthen the popularity of the Group and its capability in attracting and retaining talents through building of contemporary and energetic image; and
- Uphold corporate governance for greater accountability and transparency.
