Compared to gas cooking, no-flame cooking with the installation of electric cooking apparatus has the advantage of reducing the use of fuel while generating higher heat rate and less noise, and hence improving staff's working environment and reducing the number of work injuries. Currently, TWGHs Fong Shu Chuen Social Service Building and TWGHs Wilson T.S. Wang District Elderly Community Centre have adopted no-flame cooking.
