Location: Sheung Wan

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Prepare and draft documents such as committee paper and report;
  • provide efficient executive and secretarial support including managing meetings/visits/events schedules and overseas trips for supervisor;
  • coordinate with the senior management and render logistic support at meetings and functions;
  • ensure a timely processing of cases and develop and maintain an organized filing system; and
  • carry out ad hoc research including information collection, compilation and analysis for specific subjects and provide report/proposal to facilitate the management’s decision process.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • a recognized degree or equivalent;
  • Grade E or above in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in HKCEE;
  • fluent communication in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and general IT skills, knowledge in Acrobat would be desirable; and
  • preferably with executive and/or secretarial experience in large-scale organization.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
