企業社會責任 CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY 144 協助弱勢社群Social Inclusion for the Underprivileged TWGHs has made it the Group’s corporate policy to employ people with disabilities since 2009. All service units are encouraged to implement reasonable procedures to give higher consideration in the recruitment process to applicants with disabilities, or outsourcing to operators who directly employ people with disabilities. A total of 180 disabled persons were employed by TWGHs (except hospitals) in 2022/2023, accounting for 2% of the Group’s total number of substantive posts. Among them, 167 served in the community service units and 13 worked for schools and other service units. For daily outsourced operations such as procuring catering services, ordering fruits, vegetables and other food supplies, production of souvenirs and promotion banners, printing, cleaning services and anti-virus coating spray services, the TWGHs Administration Headquarters and its service units strive to outsource, whenever practicable, to business operators who employ people with disabilities. 東華三院自2009 年起制定推動殘疾人士就業的 企業政策，鼓勵屬下各服務單位採取適當步驟， 盡可能在招聘及採用外判服務時，優先考慮殘 疾人士的申請及僱有殘疾人士的供應商。根據 2022/2023 年度的統計數字，東華三院轄下各服 務單位( 醫院除外) 共聘用了180 名殘疾人士， 佔整體實職僱員人數百分之二，其中167 名任職 於社會服務單位，13 名受聘於學校及其他服務 單位。在可行的情況下，東華三院行政總部及轄 下服務單位均致力把日常外判服務，例如訂購餐 飲服務和蔬果及其他食物、製作紀念品和宣傳橫 額、印刷、清潔服務、噴灑防病毒塗層服務等， 交由僱有殘疾人士的企業承辦。 推動殘疾人士就業 Promoting the Employment of People with Disabilities 義工線上床邊關懷探訪 E-visiting Service to Infirmary Patients by Volunteers Volunteer Online Bedside Visits The Patient Support Card Programme TWGHs Fung Yiu King Hospital The Elderly Health Resource Centre of TWGHs Fung Yiu King Hospital has resumed its volunteer visiting services since March 2022 through online interactive visuals. The volunteers made use of colourful picture cards, sound recognising exercises and simple hand games to bring fun to the patients. During the year, 3 activities were held and 2 of the volunteers provided regular support. Patients were keenly interested in the service, as they all found it funny and meaningful. TWGHs Wong Tai Sin Hospital Patient Resource Centre has joined hands with the Comfort Care Concern Group in arranging online bedside visits since 2022/2023 for patients who were undergoing palliative care treatment. Volunteers from the Concern Group chatted with the patients through the online platform, and made small gifts for the patients to express care. In July 2022, the Elderly Health Resource Centre of TWGHs Fung Yiu King Hospital, in collaboration with the Buddhist Chaplaincy Unit, launched a pilot service called the “Patient Support Card Programme”. The Programme aimed at strengthening the emotional support for inpatients. After attending the workshop on Zentangle, 6 volunteers create unique and personalised Zen cards along with inspirational expressions and positive mottos, and had them delivered to needy patients by medical social workers. A total of 100 cards had been collected as of September 2022. 舉辦祝福語創作比賽 東華三院黃大仙醫院 Blessing Message Writing Contest TWGHs Wong Tai Sin Hospital During Easter 2022, a blessing message writing contest under the theme of “My Pride” was held by TWGHs Wong Tai Sin Hospital Patient Resource Centre to cheer up the patients in their courageous fight against the epidemic. Subsequently 2 of the best blessing messages created by volunteers were selected, and printed on bookmarks as free gifts to patients to spread the messages of encouragement and support. 東華三院黄大仙醫院陳淨錦病人資源中心於2022 年的復活節以「我的驕傲」為題目舉辦祝福語創 作比賽，為病人在勇敢抗疫的過程中打氣，並挑 選了兩位義工撰寫的祝福語，印製成書簽送贈病 人，以表鼓勵和支持。 東華三院黄大仙醫院陳淨錦病人資源中心自 2022/2023 年度起與贐明會合作，為紓緩治療病 人安排線上床邊探訪。贐明會義工透過網絡平台 與病人聊天，並且親手製作小禮物送贈病人，別 具心思。 「療」愉樂相伴義工探訪服務 口袋裡的關懷 • 逆境同行 • 禪繞畫心意咭計劃 東華三院馮堯敬醫院 東華三院馮堯敬醫院長者健康資源中心於2022 年3 月起以視像互動方式，恢復義工探訪服務。 義工使用多元化的彩色圖像卡、不同的音效、簡 單手部遊戲等為院友帶來歡樂。本年度共舉辦了 3 次活動，當中有2 位義工定期給予支援。院友 一致認為此項服務非常有趣兼饒富意義。 東華三院馮堯敬醫院長者健康資源中心聯同佛教 院侍部於2022 年7 月開展了先導服務「口袋裡的 關懷 • 逆境同行 • 禪繞畫心意咭計劃」，旨在加 強對住院病人的情緒支持。六位義工在參與禪畫 工作坊後，創作獨特及具個人風格的禪繞畫心意 咭，配合勵志字句及充滿正能量的座右銘，交由 醫務社工送給有需要的病人。是次計劃截至2022 年9 月，共收集了100 張心意咭。
