CHOI Yuk Lin, JP, Secretary for Education, for being the Guest of Honour. 本院與教育局合辦該活 動，共15所屬下幼稚園和 幼稚園暨幼兒中心參與。 TWGHs co-organised the Event with the Education Bureau. A total of 15 kindergartens and kindergarten-cum-child care centres joined the Event. 12/01 東華三院蔡榮星小學新校舍開幕典禮 Opening Ceremony of the New School Premises of TWGHs Tsoi Wing Sing Primary School 24/03 開幕典禮邀得教育局局長蔡若蓮博士太平紳士（右十二）及捐建人己亥年主席暨學校校監蔡榮星博士BBS（右十一）蒞臨主禮。 The Opening Ceremony was graced and officiated by our Guest of Honour Dr. the Hon. CHOI Yuk Lin, JP (right 12), Secretary for Education, and Dr. TSOI Wing Sing, Ken, BBS (right 11), Donor, Chairman 2019/2020 cum School Supervisor.
