服務新猷New Service Initiatives 64 2022 十月至十二月 OCTOBER - DECEMBER 東華三院馬鞍山落禾沙過渡性房屋動土典禮 Groundbreaking Ceremony of TWGHs Transitional Housing Project at Lok Wo Sha Lane, Ma On Shan 22/11 本院於2021/2022年度獲政府「支援非政府機構推行過渡性房屋項目資助計劃」評審委員會批出撥款，於馬鞍山落禾沙興建及 營運過渡性房屋。 The Group was granted the approval for the construction and operation of the Transitional Housing Project at Lok Wo Sha Lane, Ma On Shan, by the Assessment Committee for the "Funding Scheme to Support Transitional Housing Projects by Non-government Organisations" in the year 2021/2022. 項目將提供合共436 個單位，內有獨立洗手間及廚房，可以為 約1,100名基層市民提供適切居所，預計於2023年底竣工。 The project, which is expected to be completed by the end of 2023, will provide 436 cosy units with separate bathrooms and kitchens for approximately 1,100 underprivileged members. 房屋局局長何永賢太平紳士（前排右六)、沙田民政事務專員柯家樂太平紳士（前排右四）及香港警務處沙田警區指揮官 梁子健總警司（前排右三）主持動土儀式。 The Hon.
