醫療衞生服務 MEDICAL AND HEALTH SERVICES 43 The “Blood Taking Scheduling Kiosk” at the Specialist Outpatient Clinic of Kwong Wah Hospital has been in service since October 2022, with an aim to reduce patients’ queuing time for blood taking appointment. The appointment system is embedded in the kiosks of the Hospital for patients to book their appointment. After scanning the 2D code, patients can select their desired timeslot for blood taking. Tung Wah Eastern Hospital has put in place the “E-Vital System” in all wards, as the first hospital in Hong Kong East Cluster of the Hospital Authority which has fully implemented the system across all hospital premises. The "E-Vital” system has replaced the handwritten vital signs record sheet, so that the medical, nursing and allied health staff can simultaneously access patients’ vital signs information through the hospital’s “Clinical Information System” and designated iPads, thus enhancing the efficiency and efficacy of patient care. 廣華醫院於2022 年10 月為專科門診病人推 出「自助預約抽血系統」,以減低病人輪候預 約抽血的時間。預約系統安裝在醫院的電子 資訊站,讓病人自行預約抽血。病人只需掃 瞄二維碼,即可選擇抽血時段。 東華東院已於所有內科及復康科病房、眼科日間 病房及手術室全面推行「電子維生指數系統」, 是醫院管理局港島東聯網中最先全院使用此系統 的醫院。系統代替手寫的生命表徵紀錄圖紙,讓 醫護及專職醫療人員可以同時透過醫院的「臨床 資訊系統」及指定的平板電腦,查閱病人的重要 生命表徵記錄,提升了照料病人的效率及成效。 廣華醫院 東華東院 Kwong Wah Hospital Tung Wah Eastern Hospital 廣華醫院專科門診的自助預約抽血系統 The Blood Taking Scheduling Kiosk at Specialist Outpatient Clinic of Kwong Wah Hospital 員工正在熟習系統。 Hospital staff were familiarising themselves with the system. 醫院全面推行「電子維生指數系統」。 The Hospital had fully implemented the "E-Vital" system across the board. TWGHs Wong Tai Sin Hospital has implemented a series of “Smart Hospital” projects : “Smart Robot” : “Smart Robot” was introduced to the Department of Rehabilitation and Extended Care in 2022. It delivers educational information to patients through interaction with them during continual care, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of treatment and facilitating their early integration into the community. The Hospital intends to introduce various types of smart robots to improve efficiency and pool the saved resources on strengthening clinical services. “Smart Warehouse” : To enhance the effectiveness of supply services, the Hospital has handed over the medical consumable supply service to the “Smart Warehouse” managed by the Cluster Procurement & Supplies Department of Kowloon Central Cluster of the Hospital Authority since September 2022. “Smart Panel” and “E-vital” : The Hospital is implementing the “Smart Panel” and “E-vital” in phases, with the aim to support clinical services by means of modern technology, and enable healthcare professionals to get a better picture of patients’ updated conditions for improving service efficacy. The systems have been implemented in over 60% of the wards, and will be extended to all wards after the completion of the wardrenovation project. 東華三院黃大仙醫院推行多個「智慧醫院」項目: 「智能機械人」:復康醫療護理部於2022 年引入 智能機械人,透過互動模式向接受延續性治療的 病人傳遞教育資訊,促進治療成效及提升他們融 入社區的能力。醫院計劃引入更多不同種類的智 能機械人,提升工作效率,以便集中資源加強臨 床服務。 「智慧倉庫」:為提升物料供應的效率,醫院於 2022 年9 月起將標準醫療消耗品供應服務交由 醫院管理局九龍中聯網採購及物料供應部轄下的 「智慧倉庫」管理。 「電子床頭顯示系統」、「電子維生指數系統」: 醫院已分階段在病房推行「電子床頭顯示系統」 及「電子維生指數系統」,以科技支援臨床工作, 讓醫護人員更清晰地掌握病人的最新情況,提 高服務成效。系統現已在超過六成的病房推行, 並預計在病房翻新工程完成後遂步擴展至所有 病房。 東華三院黃大仙醫院 TWGHs Wong Tai Sin Hospital
