社會服務 COMMUNITY SERVICES 85 社企回應社會及市場需要 推出新產品和服務 Launch of New Products and Services by Social Enterprises to Meet Changing Needs of Community and Market CookEasy「家滋味軟餐」食出體貼家常 滋味 東華三院CookEasy於本年度推出「家滋味軟餐」, 令年長體弱及有吞嚥困難的人士可以享受家常便 飯的滋味。軟餐採用優質食材製作,保留食物原 味、容易吞嚥,方便存放。照顧者只需簡單翻熱, 即可備妥充滿營養的軟餐,讓長者重拾家常便飯 的樂趣。 在產品研發過程中,CookEasy 團隊參考專業及前 線員工的意見,多番改良,最終研發出兼顧色香 味且容易處理的優質軟餐。「家滋味軟餐」經本 院言語治療師團隊嚴格覆核,並獲評定為符合國 際吞嚥標準第四級的產品,能夠滿足大部分有吞 嚥困難者的需要。 CookEasy “Comfort Soft food” Delivered a Taste of Home Meals This year, “Comfort Soft Food” was launched by CookEasy of TWGHs for the frail elderly and people with swallowing difficulties to enjoy the taste of home meals. “Comfort Soft Food” was able to retain the natural flavour of quality ingredients, and was easy to swallow and convenient to restore. The elderly would be able to enjoy the pleasure of home meals again as these nutritious soft meals could be reheated by carers effortlessly. During the product development process, the CookEasy team collected the opinions of professional and front-line staff, and made continuous refinements in order to produce high-quality soft meals. "Comfort Soft Food" was strictly reviewed by the speech therapist team of the Group, and was rated as a product that complies with the IDDSI (International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative) Level 4, which can meet the needs of most people with dysphagia. CookEasy 團隊走訪多間安老及殘疾人士院 舍,向院舍內不同界別的職員講解如何處 理軟餐,並收集軟餐使用上的意見。 CookEasy team visited a number of homes for the elderly and residential care homes for persons with disabilities to introduce "Comfort Soft Food" and collect feedback. With the funding support from Mental Health Initiatives Funding Scheme, a 2-year project “Carers’ Journey” under the TWGHs Elderly Services Section was launched in July 2022. Through 10 district elderly community centres and neighbourhood elderly centres, 14 day care centres for the elderly and 8 integrated home care services under TWGHs, one-stop carer support services to our project beneficiaries would be provided. The service offerings covered exhibitions of carers’ journey, carer’s life planning education, case management services and Carers’ Hub providing me-time for carers. The blueprint of the service project was based on the carers’ journey, aiming at providing appropriate support services for caregivers undergoing different stages of caregiving. It was estimated that over 4,000 elders and caregivers would be benefited from this project. 本院安老服務部獲得精神健康項目資助計劃撥 款,由2022 年7 月起推行為期兩年的「遊歷照護 之旅」計劃,透過本院轄下10 間長者地區中心 及長者鄰舍中心、14 間長者日間護理中心及8 間 家居照顧服務中心提供一站式護老者支援服務。 服務內容包括照顧者歷程展覽、護老者生活規劃 服務及照顧者聯聚點。計劃以護老者照顧歷程為 藍本,為經歷不同照顧階段的護老者提供適切支 援,預計將服務逾4,000 位長者及護老者。 「遊歷照護之旅」計劃:關懷社區護老者 及長者「身、心、靈」 "Carers’ Journey" Project – Caring for the “Body, Heart, Spirit” of the Caregivers and Elders 長者及護老者於身心 靈活動中一同牽手, 製作石膏手模,回 憶昔日互相扶持的 生活。 A caregiver and an elderly person were making hand-holding sculptures as a way to refresh their memory of the days of mutual care and support. 長者及護老者( 其女兒) 於「珍 藏寶盒」活動一同設計及製作獨 一無二的寶盒,記載二人生命珍 貴回憶。 An elderly person and the carer (her daughter) collected sentimental items and stored them in a "treasure box" for their precious memory in life.
