• “Event” means “TWGHs Halloween Charity Run”;
• "we", "us" and "our" refer to Tung Wah Group of Hospitals;
• “TWGHs” refers to Tung Wah Group of Hospitals;
• “you” and “your” refer to each person named in this enrolment for the Event.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the English version and the other language version of this Personal Information Collection Statement, the English version shall prevail.

Personal data collected in connection with your submission in our electronic form and/or use of our services may be used for processing your entry for and participation in the Event and related processing of requests or enquiries, and also for processing the donation transaction, issuance of receipt and sending fund-raising appeals, promotion activities, training courses, conducting survey, or other directly related purpose. Provision of personal data is voluntary, but if you do not provide such personal data, we may not be able to enroll you for the Event. Personal data may be collected and processed by and transferred to third parties involved in fulfilling the aforesaid purposes (including without limitation Hongkong International Theme Parks Limited, Hong Kong Disneyland Management Limited, Hong Kong Amateur Athletic Association and EventXtra Limited), or such other persons as required by law.. You may request access to, and request correction of, your personal data held by us. Such requests may be made by calling TWGHs at 1878 333 during office hours.
