The Start and Finish lines are located at Hong Kong Disneyland Coach Park.
There are no special transportation arrangement. Participants please arrange their own way and take public transportation to the event venue.
Participants should start the Run according to the assigned start time and complete the Run on the designed route. Otherwise, participants may not be entitled to receive the finisher medal.
The entry fee includes event T-shirt and event running bib. Entry fee (including additional donation) is non-refundable and all race entries are not transferable.
The enrollment fee includes event T-shirt, event running bib, Disney Admission Ticket (for event day, 4-9:30pm), wristband and event medal for each participant who completes the race. A portion of the route is set inside the Park, and participants may be cheered by many Disney friends including Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse along the route.
You will be able to experience different Disney elements and see Disney Characters along the route in the Park.
As the duration for the run is limited to complete within 1.5 hours and different Characters will appear along the route within the Park. It is up to participants’ own decision if they want to take photos with Disney Characters along the route..5小時的限定完成時間。
Officials will be deployed along the routes to direct runners. Additional officials will be deployed at certain prime locations where runners are more likely to stop for photos in order to ensure a smooth flow along the route and provide assistance to the runners.
Public Liability Insurance is covered by the Organizer. Participants are advised to arrange their personal or other insurance policies separately, if needed. The Organizer suggests participants to conduct a body check before entering the race and also consider the race distances before enrolling. If you are concerned about your health, please consult a doctor before taking part in the race.
Participants must present a park ticket for entry into the park during the park operating hours.
Spectators holding Non-runner ticket can enter the park from 4:00p.m. onwards on November 3, and cheer on the runners inside the park. If a Guest does not have any kind of tickets including Runner/ Non-runner/ any Disney Ticket, they can cheer for runners outside the park.
Runners / Spectators are free to stay in the Park at any time during the operating hours. If a runner / spectator plans to leave and re-enter the Park, please have your hand stamped as you exit. To re-enter the Park, the runner / spectator must present his/her hand stamp and a Park ticket.
Runner or non-runner tickets types are not applicable to upgrade 2-Days Ticket, Magic Access and other promotional ticket categories.
The run will start on November 3 at 4:00p.m and it may start in different batches.
Each participant will receive a runner’s pack*, which includes “TWGHs Halloween Charity Run” event T-shirt and a themed running bib.

Participants who have successfully registered should collect their runner’s pack in Podium Wing QR, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hung Hom on October 20 or 21, OR, in Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel (Level 1) – King Stefan on October 31, November 1, 2 or 3.

Event T-shirts are available in different sizes and the participants can select a size when registering online.

The Event will be cancelled if tropical cyclone warning signal no.3 or above, and/or red or black rainstorm signal is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory at 12:00 noon on the date of the Event. Please pay special attention to the weather report the night before the Event as it will indicate whether tropical cyclone warning signals or red or black rainstorm signals are likely to be hoisted in around the next 16-hour period. Please also follow the updates on the Event official website regarding the status of the Event from 12:00 noon onwards. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the Event without compensation or refund of entry fees in case of inclement weather as determined by the Organizer in its sole judgment, even though such signals are not hoisted.

Registration

All registrations should be made online at the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals website from 10 a.m. on Jun 28. Instant confirmation of payment and registration will be provided during online registration.
The run is suitable for participant aged 3 or above; a participant who is aged below 12 has to be accompanied by and Accompanying Participant aged 18 or above.
A confirmation message will be shown on your device once your registration is successfully completed. In the meantime, a confirmation email will be sent to you after the registration. If you experience system errors or have not received any of the above, please call us at (852) 1878 333 to inquire.
As a safety precaution and the interest of creating the best experience for participants, quota limits are placed on the run event, on a first-come-first-served basis.

Clothing and related guidelines

Please put on proper sportswear and running shoes. Remember to display the bib (with the timing chip) on your chest in a clearly visible manner at all times during the race to enable race officials to identify your race number.
  • Costumes must be family-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, objectionable or violent.
  • Guests who dress like Characters may not pose for pictures or sign autographs for other Guests.
  • Costumes may not drag on the ground.
  • Costumes may not contain sharp objects, pointed objects or materials that may accidentally strike another Guest.
  • Costumes may not contain any weapons which resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
  • Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into, and/or removed from, a race or any race-related activities unless his or her costume can be modified to meet the above standards.
  • The number bib must be clearly displayed in front of the chest.
  • Certain accessories, such as full-face masks and helmets, must be removed before taking photos with Disney Characters.

For everyone’s safety, masks must provide unobstructed peripheral vision at all times with opening that allow the eyes to be fully seen when worn by guests.
