東華三院黃大仙醫院陳淨錦病人資源中心於
2017年7月20日至8月29日為大學、大專和高
中生舉辦「醫院暑期學生義工訓練及服務計劃
2017」。該計劃包括醫院部門參觀活動、醫
療及溝通技巧講座、輪椅訓練、工作坊及興
趣班等，使學生義工透過學習不同技能建立自
信、擴闊視野，同時在參與本院義工服務時，
能夠學以致用，服務醫院和病人。
中心亦與鐵路人鐵路心 ─ 港鐵社會服務團、
新健社及歡樂舞坊合作，於2017年9月23日
舉辦「花好月圓慶中秋2017」，透過慰問、
歌舞和魔術表演、互動遊戲及小禮物，將節日
的歡樂氣氛和社區關懷帶給50位住院病人及
其親友。
TWGHs Wong Tai Sin Hospital Patient Resources Centre Volunteer Services
TWGHs Wong Tai Sin Hospital Patient Resources Centre organised the “Summer
Volunteer Training Programme 2017” for secondary and tertiary students from
20 July to 29 August 2017. The Programme included visits to different hospital
departments, talks on medical knowledge and communication skills, wheelchair
training, workshops and interest classes to equip student volunteers with diverse
knowledge and skills to build up their confidence and broaden their horizons. In
return, the volunteers were able to serve the needy patients by applying what they
have learned to the volunteer services for the Hospital.
The Centre also jointly organised the “Mid-Autumn Festival Celebration
Programme” with MTR’s Volunteers under the “More Time Reaching Community”
Scheme, the Comfort Care Concern Group and Happy Dancing Group on 23
September 2017. Through caring greetings, singing and dancing performances,
magic shows, interactive games and gifts, the volunteers shared the festive joy and
love from the community with 50 patients and their relatives.
