Human Resources Manager (eSolutions & Projects)

Location : Sheung Wan

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Serve as a technology partner collaborating with different levels of executives throughout the development of information technology strategies and identifying eSolutions in modernizing the human resources functions;
  • assist in planning, developing and implementing of staff training and welfare related information systems/social media platforms, such as mobile apps, and explore the application of AI tools to achieve corporate objectives and meet operational needs;
  • organize staff welfare activities, training programmes and oversee e-learning platforms by sourcing and liaising with service providers, developing new activities/courses and managing pre/post-event administration;
  • coordinate and liaise with internal/external IT teams on system development, data administration and report generation; and
  • lead the eSolutions & Projects Unit to provide a stable workforce in supporting the day-to-day business and work on the ad hoc project as assigned.

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • A recognized degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources Management/Marketing/Information Systems or related disciplines;
  • at least 4 years of administrative experience, preferably in project management and/or event management;
  • proficiency in written English and Chinese, and spoken Putonghua;
  • at least Grade D in English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
  • preferably with hands-on experience in database management, graphic design and editing, AI application, as well as operating learning management systems; and
  • a good team player with sound interpersonal skills.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience.  The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.  Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.  The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
