Assistant Manager (Property)

Location: Sheung Wan

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative and coordination work and provide support to the team;
  • formulate, review, revise, develop and implement policies, program proposal and daily workflow of development;
  • review and evaluate the effectiveness of community events/activities/operation modes;
  • liaise and coordinate with Government departments, keep good connection and work closely with different teams, services providers and working partners;
  • monitor and perform maintenance of up-to-date services records, income and expenditures accounts, preparation of status reports, etc.;
  • conduct market research and data analysis work;
  • supervise, provide guidance and support to subordinate staff; and
  • perform any ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned.

The ideal candidate should have/be:

  • a recognized degree in any discipline, preferably in Surveying/Property Management/Marketing/Business Administration or related;
  • at least 2 years’ administrative or marketing experience, preferably in property field;
  • at least level 3 in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE or equivalent;
  • good manner with strong organizational and communication skills;
  • proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • familiar with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing; and
  • flexible, energetic, passionate and self-driven personality.

Compensation & employment terms:

The successful candidate will initially be offered a 2-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience.  The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement.  Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.  The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
