Senior Assistant Manager (Property)

Location: Sheung Wan
Roles and responsibilities:
- Provide executive support for the Head of Property Division including preparation of the agenda, papers and minutes for the Property Committee Meeting, speeches and divisional returns of various annual and ad-hoc exercises such as annual plan, annual report and annual budget;
- oversee the general administration of the Division, including personnel management, office budget control, payment processing and opening quotations for works/projects of Tung Wah in compliance with the prevailing policies and procedures;
- lead and undertake office operation improvement initiatives including planning and implementation of the innovative measures with the use of modern technology, co-ordinating office fit-out and repair works and purchase of office furniture and equipment;
- oversee and manage the divisional contents of the Tung Wah’s website, intranet and other social media platforms;
- organize internal staff training and team-building programs and activities; and
- coordinate sustainability and environmental-related programmes/projects and compile relevant reports as well as undertake ad hoc/pilot projects.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- A recognized degree or equivalent;
- Grade D or above in both English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
- at least 4 years of post-qualification experience in supervisory and managerial position; and
- good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
