Organised by Commercial Radio, the Ultimate Song Chart Awards Presentation 2019 scheduled on 1 January 2020, at New Wing, HKCEC will be held in another format. Donors who have made donation and redeemed the charity tickets via TWGHs, are entitled to have a full refund. Please find the refund arrangement as follows,

Donation Method	Refund procedure
Donated by Credit Card	A full refund will be automatically deposited to the same credit card used for donation. Refund by credit card will be made within 6 to 8 weeks. No refund in either cash or cheque or any other mean will be made for donation by credit card
Donated by Cheque	Please complete the refund form, and fax to 2559 6835 or email to frdfru5@tungwah.org.hk. Cheques will be ready within 6 to 8 weeks and mailed to the correspondent address.
