為慶祝香港特別行政區成立20周年，香港
歌劇院與香港北京交流協進會於2 0 1 7年
5月8日假香港文化中心舉行「中國三大男
高音」音樂會。三位中國著名男高音歌唱家
莫華倫先生、戴玉強先生及魏松先生，以優
美的歌聲為聽眾帶來一個精彩絕倫的音樂盛
會。大會更將所得的部分贊助收益捐贈予
東華三院，以支持本院的醫療衞生、教育
及社會服務。另外，大會亦邀請300名本院
學生出席音樂會，以提升他們對聲樂藝術的
認識。
由翟氏投資有限公司主辦的「第10屆國際
古玩展」於2017年5月26日至30日假香港會
議展覽中心展覽廳5BC舉行，本院獲邀為展
覽首天舉行的慈善自助餐晚宴的受惠機構，
為本院籌得50萬元善款，門券收益不扣除
成本，全數撥供「東華三院檔案及歷史文化
基金」，以推廣文物保育計劃及公眾教育項
目。多位來自東華三院李潤田紀念中學的學
生獲大會安排參與導賞團，從參觀不同的展
覽攤位中學習欣賞古玩。
To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Establishment of the HKSAR, the
Opera Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Beijing Association Limited presented
the sponsored concert of “China’s Three Tenors”, namely, Mr. Warren MOK,
Mr. DAI Yu Qiang and Mr. WEI Song, presented a spectaclar night of music on
8 May 2017 at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre. A portion of the sponsorship
revenues were donated to TWGHs in support of its medical and health, education
and community services. Three hundred TWGHs students were invited to the
Concert to enhance their understanding of the art of vocal music.
Organised by the Chak’s Investment Limited, the “10th International Antiques Fair”
was held at Hall 5BC of Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 26
to 30 May 2017 and TWGHs was the beneficiary organisation of its Charity Gala
Buffet on 26 May 2017. A total of $500,000 was raised. All proceeds without
deduction of costs, were used in support of the “TWGHs Heritage Fund” to
promote heritage conservation and education programme for the general public.
A guided tour to different exhibition booths was arranged by the Organiser for
students of TWGHs Lee Ching Dea Memorial College to enhance their exposure to
antique appreciation.
