「My Way」中學生生涯發展教育計劃

聯校生涯規劃座談會

本院獲民政事務局資助,於2016/2018年度在

16間屬校推行 「My Way」 中學生生涯發展

教育計劃,為初中學生提供一系列生涯規劃教

育活動。整項計劃包括為中一生而設的生涯規

劃講座,為中二生而設的生涯發展教育課程和

聯校生涯規劃座談會,及為中三生而設的升學

導向小組暨大專院校參觀及職業導向小組暨職

場體驗活動。

兩場中二聯校生涯規劃座談會已順利舉行,共

約1,000名師生出席。而本年度增設的「今日

VIP」系列,邀得東華三院郭一葦中學校友藝

人黃劍文先生擔任「My Way」生涯規劃大使

和分享嘉賓,另邀得20多位來自不同業界的

校友與學生分享職場生活和個人經歷,加深

他們對職場生活的認識,勉勵他們為未來做好

準備。

morning sessions in which Ms. Ginny MAN, the Vice Chairman cum Chairman of

the Education Committee, participated as one of the adjudicators.

“My Way” Life Planning Educational Project for Secondary

School Students Joint-School Career Expo

Funded by the Home Affairs Bureau, the “My Way” Life Planning Educational

Project was launched for 16 TWGHs secondary schools in the academic years

2016/2018. The Project aims at providing a systematic life planning curriculum for

all TWGHs junior secondary students, including life planning talks for Secondary

1 students, life planning lesson series and joint-school career expos for Secondary

2 students, and visits to tertiary institutions and work shadowing programmes for

Secondary 3 students.

Two joint-school career expos were held with approximately 1,000 students and

teachers participating. Mr. Kimman WONG, artist as well as TWGHs Kwok Yat Wai

College alumnus, was invited to be the “My Way” Ambassador and one of the

keynote speakers at a new session named “VIP of the Day”. Another 20 alumni of

TWGHs secondary schools were invited to share their valuable experiences in career

and life to provide their junior schoolmates with a more realistic picture of career

life of different sectors and encourage them to get prepared and plan ahead for

their future.

Our Future, Our Teenagers — Belt and Road Exchange Project

TWGHs and the International Academy of the Belt and Road (IABR) jointly launched

the ”Our Future, Our Teenagers — Belt and Road Exchange Project“. The Kick-off

Ceremony was held on 10 October 2017 at TWGHs Wong Fut Nam College with

the Hon. YEUNG Yun Hung, Kevin, JP, Secretary for Education, Dr. LEE Yuk Lun, JP,

the Chairman cum Honorary Supervisor, Dr. LEUNG Mei Fun, Priscilla, SBS, JP, Vice

President of the IABR, officiating. Around 800 TWGHs secondary school students

attended.

The Project was comprised of 3 student seminars and a teacher seminar with

keynote speakers to deliver meaningful and inspiring messages to over 2,000

students and teachers on the potential development of the country, society as

well as teenagers under the great

influence of the Belt and Road

Initiative. The Project also included

student study groups, and students

with outstanding performance

visited Singapore and Malaysia on

24 to 28 March 2018 for exchange

and to broaden their horizons.

「與青年人同行.一帶一路交流計劃」

東華三院與一帶一路國際研究院聯合主辦的

「與青年人同行

一帶一路交流計劃」於2017

年10月10日在東華三院黃笏南中學禮堂舉行

開展儀式,邀得香港特別行政區教育局局長楊

潤雄太平紳士、東華三院主席李鋈麟博士太平

紳士、一帶一路國際研究院副院長梁美芬博士

SBS太平紳士擔任主禮嘉賓,約800位屬校中

學生出席。

計劃包括3場學生講座及1場教師講座,由不

同的主講嘉賓為屬校超過2,000名師生講解

「一帶一路」下的國家發展、社會轉變及年青

人面對的機遇。計劃亦包括學生研習小組,

而表現優秀的學生,已於2018年3月24日至

28日前往新加坡及馬來西亞進行交流,拓闊

視野。
