廣東省教育廳與東華三院簽訂合作框架
協議
在姊妹學校計劃的發展基礎上，本院於2017
年6月21日至23日舉辦廣東省交流團，並於6
月23日拜訪廣東省教育廳，在廣東省教育廳
王創副廳長的見證下，本院主席李鋈麟博士太
平紳士與廣東省教育廳港澳台事務辦公室李金
俊主任簽訂「廣東省教育廳與東華三院合作框
架協議書」，加強粵港兩地學校未來交流和合
作；並在廣州華南師範大學附屬小學舉辦的
「廣東省學校與東華三院屬下小學締結姊妹學
校典禮」上，本院屬下6間小學與廣東省6所
小學簽訂協約，締結為姊妹學校，讓兩地學校
優勢互補、攜手進步。
是次交流團的41位中、小學校長及教師先後參
觀了珠海、東莞、佛山、肇興、清遠及廣州等
地的小學，並進行多元化的交流活動，與當地
教育局的領導會晤，了解廣東省的教育發展。
上海市閔行區到訪東華三院加強交流
合作
自2015年本院與上海閔行區教育局簽訂合作
框架協議以來，雙方已建立緊密的友好關係，
逐步開展與上海市院校的合作。2017年4月26
日，上海閔行區常務委員兼上海閔行區海外聯
誼會會長李紅珍女士率領訪問團及三所締結姊
妹學校的校長到訪東華三院行政總部，由主席
李鋈麟博士太平紳士聯同董事局成員接待，雙
方就教育上的合作和發展作交流。
上海市閔行區訪問東華三院學校及社會
服務單位
東華三院於2017年10月18日接待上海市閔行
區委常委曹扶生副區長率領的訪問團，參觀東
華三院黃笏南中學、東華學院及東華三院伍蔣
惠芳護理安老院。除了解本院中學校舍設施、
東華學院的護理及醫療科學等設備及安老院院
舍外，同日更與東華學院簽署合作意向備忘
錄，建立友好關係。
上海市閔行區訪問東華三院商討舉辦姊
妹學校夏令營
東華三院於2018年1月11日接待上海市閔行區
海外聯誼會副會長彭偉林先生率領的訪問團，
並討論2018年7月於上海交通大學為締結的姊
妹學校舉辦夏令營的事宜。
Collaboration Framework Agreement between TWGHs and
Department of Education of Guangdong Province
In order to strengthen the collaboration of education services between TWGHs
and Guangdong Province, TWGHs organised a tour to Guangdong Province from
21 to 23 June 2017. Moreover, TWGHs Board Members visited the Department of
Education of Guangdong Province on 23 June. Witnessed by Mr. Wang Chuang,
Deputy Director, the Department of Education of Guangdong Province, Dr. LEE
Yuk Lun, JP, the Chairman, and Mr. LI Jin Jun, Director of Hong Kong, Macao
and Taiwan Office, the Education Department of Guangdong Province, signed
the “Collaboration Framework Agreement between TWGHs and Department of
Education of Guangdong Province” to enhance collaboration and exchange on
education development between the Regions. Meanwhile, the “Sister Schools
Agreement Signing Ceremony” was held at the Affiliated Primary School of South
China Normal University right after the aforementioned ceremony to mark the
establishment of sister school partnership of 6 TWGHs primary schools with 6
primary schools in Guangdong Province.
During the Tour, 41 secondary and primary school heads and teachers visited
several primary schools in Zhuhai, Dongguan, Foshan, Zhaoxing, Qingyuan and
Guangzhou. Professional exchanges were carried out with the Education Bureau
officials to enhance understanding of the education development in Guangdong
Province.
Visit by Shanghai Minhang District Delegation for
Collaboration Enhancement
Since the signing of collaboration framework agreement in October 2015 with the
Education Bureau of Shanghai Minhang District, steady progress on partnerships
with schools and institutes in Shanghai has been made. Led by Ms. LI Hong Zhen,
Minhang District Standing Committee Member cum Chairman of the Shanghai
Minhang Chinese Overseas Friendship Association, a delegation including principals
of 3 TWGHs’ sister schools from the Minhang District of Shanghai visited TWGHs
headquarters on 26 April 2017 and were warmly received by Dr. LEE Yuk Lun,
JP, Chairman, and Board Members. Both parties exchanged views on educational
collaboration and development in future.
Visit by Shanghai Minhang District Delegation to TWGHs Schools
and a Community Service Unit
TWGHs warmly received the Delegation led by Mr. CAO Fu Sheng of the
Shanghai Minhang District Standing Committee, Shanghai Minhang District on
18 October 2017. The delegation visited TWGHs Wong Fut Nam College, Tung
Wah College (TWC) and TWGHs Wu Chiang Wai Fong Care & Attention Home
to understand the facilities of secondary school, the nursing and health science
equipments of TWC and the elderly home’s facilities. The Delegation also signed
the Memorandum of Understanding with TWC to establish closer relationship
with Shanghai Minhang District.
Shanghai Minhang District Delegation Visited TWGHs for
Discussion on Summer Camp for Sister Schools
The delegation, led by Mr. PENG Wei Lin, Vice-President of Minhang Overseas
Friendship Association, visited TWGHs on 11 January 2018 to plan for a summer
camp with sister schools of TWGHs and Minhang District at Shanghai Jiao Tong
University in July 2018.
