長者學苑10周年嘉許禮
東華三院安老服務部聯同香港基督教女青年
會、保良局、港島、九龍西及新界西長者學
苑聯網合辦「長者學苑10周年嘉許禮」。活
動於2017年11月2日假九龍灣國際展貿中心展
貿廳舉行，邀得勞工及福利局副局長徐英偉
太平紳士、安老事務委員會主席林正財醫生
BBS太平紳士及長者學苑發展基金委員會主席
陳孝慈先生擔任主禮嘉賓。除東華三院沙田
第一城長者學苑獲得「持續推行優質長者學苑
大獎」外，另有17名來自本院屬下長者中心的學
員獲得「持續學習大獎」及「優秀學員獎」。
個人健康管理計劃
健康同行 - 長者健康支援服務計劃
2017年4月至10月期間，有近200位社區長者參
與本院健康同行計劃下的個人健康管理計劃，
由專業人士為長者進行骨質疏鬆、體脂比例、手
握力等身體機能測試，然後由「個人健康經理」
根據測試結果，為長者訂立健康改善計劃，延緩
退化。另外，本院又根據長者的身體健康狀況開
辦不同的工作坊及戶外活動，包括健體運動、飲
食營養、放鬆心靈等，讓他們了解健康生活，並
擴大長者的社交網絡。
第二階段長者社區照顧服務券試驗計劃
本院屬下12個認可服務單位已於2016年10月
展開第二階段「長者社區照顧服務券」試驗計
劃，6個區域合共提供333個名額。其中3間分
別位於東區、沙田及觀塘區的認可服務單位於
2017年4月1日獲社會福利署批准增加服務名
額，使本院服務名額總數增至366個。除了社
會福利署指定的基本服務外，本院更為服務使
用者提供增值服務，包括營養師服務、藥劑師
服務、中醫藥服務和足病治療服務等。
「耆」「義」夢想號
在42位義工協助下，「耆」「義」夢想號計
劃為荃灣、屯門及元朗區內100名來自東華三
院戴東培護理安老院、東華三院戴東培長者日
間護理中心、東華三院梁昌紀念安老院及東華
三院王李名珍荃灣長者鄰舍中心的長者完成夢
想，製造美好回憶，讓他們發現自我的需要和
價值，成就美滿人生。長者的圓夢過程已拍攝
成短片，把這個有意義的計劃推而廣之。

The “Elder Academy 10th Anniversary Award Ceremony” was held at Kowloon
Bay International Trade & Exhibition Centre on 2 November 2017, jointly organised
by TWGHs, Hong Kong Young Women’s Christian Association, Pok Leung Kuk,
Hong Kong Island, Kowloon West and New Territories West Elderly Academies
Clusters, with Mr. TSUI Ying Wai, Caspar, JP, Under Secretary for Labour and
Welfare, Dr. LAM Ching
Choi, BBS, JP, Chairman of
the Elderly Commission, and
Mr. CHAN How Chi, Chairman of
the Committee of Elder Academy
Development Foundation, as
officiating guests. TWGHs
Shatin City One Elder Academy
clinched the “Continuous
Practice In Outstanding Elder
Academy” Award, while 17
elderly members from TWGHs
received the “Continued Learning
Award” and “Outstanding Senior
Learner Award”.
Co Health –
Health Support Service for Elders
From April to October 2017, nearly 200
community elders participated in an individual
health management plan under the Co Health
programme. Based on the results of osteoporosis,
body fat percentage and hand grip assessments
conducted by professionals, the personal health
manager developed a health improvement
training programme for the elders to slow down
deterioration. In addition, a series of workshops
and outdoor activities on bodybuilding, diet
and nutrition and relaxation techniques were
arranged by the Group for elders to have a
thorough understanding of healthy lifestyles and
broaden elders’ social networks.
Second Phase Pilot Scheme on Community Care Service
Vouchers for the Elderly
A total of 12 TWGHs Recognised Service Providers (RSPs) have embarked on Phase II
of the Pilot Scheme on Community Care Service Vouchers for the elderly since
October 2016, providing 333 service places in 6 districts. On 1 April 2017, 3 RSPs
in Eastern, Shatin and Kwun Tong districts were granted approval by Social Welfare
Department to increase their service quotas, bringing the total number of service
places provided by TWGHs to 366. Apart from meeting the basic requirements set by
Social Welfare Department, TWGHs RSPs also provide value-added services to users,
including dietitian, pharmacy, Chinese medicine and podiatrist services.
Amazing Dream Express Project for the Elderly
The Project aims at serving 100 elders from TWGHs Tai Tung Pui Care and Attention
Home, TWGHs Tai Tung Pui Day Care Centre for the Elderly, TWGHs Y.C. Liang Home
for the Elderly, and TWGHs Mrs. Wang Li. Ming Tzun Tsuen Wan Neighborhood
Elderly Centre in Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun and Yuen Long districts. Supported by
42 volunteers, participants enjoyed the joyful process of pursuing their different
dreams. Memorable videos were produced to promote this meaningful Project.
