「藝術愛漫遊」服務計劃
東華三院社會服務科東區及中西區區域辦事
處於2014年起推行「藝術愛漫遊」計劃，並
於2017年5月發布了《花火—藝術愛漫遊作品
集》，當中輯錄了來自13個服務單位共65名服
務使用者，在3年間創作的90多件精彩畫作，展
示他們不同的能力、不同的人生觀及不同的
故事。計劃喜

式舉辦社區展
覽，展示服務使
用者的作品，而
過去一年曾舉
辦的展覽主題
包括《丹青澄
懷》、《動物誌》、
《方寸行旅》及
《小園萬千》，錄
得高達3,200觀
賞人次。
另外，東華三院方樹泉社會服務大樓地下的大
型牆壁亦已用作展示近百件由服務使用者創
作的藝術作品，為大家帶來全新的視覺體驗。
「藝術愛漫遊」亦製作了一套宣傳短片，向公眾
展示服務使用者參與計劃後的正面轉變。
盲人觀星傷健營
盲人觀星傷健營於2017年11月11日在東華三院
馬草壟營地舉行，由多位嘉賓主禮，其中包括
主席李鋈麟博士太平紳士。傷健營除安排露營
及觀星，更設有攤位遊戲、畫展、故事會、航拍
試玩、導盲犬體驗活動等。透過活動及小組分
享，參加者進行互動交流，達至共融目標。傷
健營共吸引超過2,300人參加。
「耆光照耀東」織網計劃
東華三院胡其廉長者鄰舍中心獲社區投資共享
基金撥款，自2017年起推行為期3年的「耆光照
耀東」織網計劃。計劃匯聚「官、醫、福、社、商、
校」的力量，於筲箕灣耀東邨建立一個長者互
助的支援網，以各方的專長支援邨內有需要的
長者及護老者，發揮守望相助精神。
適逢中秋節慶，本院特別於2017年9月30日假
耀東邨劇場舉行「耆光照耀東」織網計劃開
展禮暨中秋懷舊濃情墟，邀得勞工及福利局
社區投資共享基金秘書處秘書長陳淑茵女士、
以及社會福利署東區及灣仔區福利專員葉巧瑜
女士蒞臨主禮。活動共有1,000多名市民參與。
“ARTour” Service Project
The “ARTour Service Project” was organised by the Eastern, Central and Western
District Office of the Community Services Division of TWGHs since 2014. In May 2017,
ARTour published
Sparkles – an ARTour Painting Collection
of over 90 outstanding
artworks created by 65 service users from TWGHs’ 13 service units during the past
3 years, showing their different abilities, life visions and stories. ARTour held their
regular art exhibitions in a vegetarian restaurant “Ahimsa Buffet” in North Point
on a quarterly basis. During the past year, a number of thematic exhibitions were
organised, including “Ethereal Beauty with Chinese Paintings”, “About Animals”,
“Paper Travel” and “A Thousand Blooms”, attracting over 3,200 visitors.
Furthermore, the façade of TWGHs Fong Shu Chuen Social Service Building is
now used to showcase over 100 art pieces produced by service users, offering
the building users an artistic visual experience. As part of the Project, a promotion
video was made to demonstrate the Project’s positive impacts on the participating
service users.
Opening Ceremony of Stargaze Camp for All and the Blind
The Stargaze Camp for All and
the Blinds 2017 was held at
TWGHs Ma Tso Lung Campsite
on 11 November 2017. The
Event was officiated by many
honourable guests including
Dr. LEE Yuk Lun, JP, the
Chairman. In addition to a
night of stargazing, the Camp
provided a communication
platform to promote an
inclusive and integrated society
through different kinds of
game booths, art exhibitions,
storytelling sessions, aerial
photography demonstrations,
and guide dog experiential
activities.
Over
2,300
participants joined the fun.
“Light up Yiu Tung with Care” Networking Project
Funded by the Community Investment and Inclusion Fund (CIIF), TWGHs Wu Ki Lim
Neighbourhood Elderly Centre launched a 3-year networking project “Light up Yiu
Tung with Care” in 2017. The Project aims to build up a mutual support network
among the elders and their carers in Yiu
Tung Estate, Shau Kei Wan through cross-
sectoral collaboration.
During the Mid-Autumn Festival, a Kick-off
Ceremony cum mid-autumn festival bazaar
was held on 30 September 2017 at Yiu Tung
Amphitheatre, with Ms. CHAN Suk Yan,
Secretary General of the CIIF Secretariat,
Labour and Welfare Bureau, and
Ms. YIP Hau Yu, Hannah, District Social
WelfareOfficer (Eastern andWanChai), Social
Welfare Department, as officiating guests.
The Event attracted over 1,000 residents.
盲人觀星傷健營2017吸引接近70個機構及超過2,300人
參與，是歷年最多。
A record-breaking 70 organisations and more than 2,300
people participated in Stargaze Camp for All and the
Blind 2017.
眾主禮嘉賓一同放天燈，喻意將「鄰里有
情」這訊息帶到耀東邨每一個角落。
Guests released Sky Lantern in the hope
of spreading the message of “Good
Neighbourhood Support” among the residents
of Yiu Tung Estate.
「藝術愛漫遊」計劃於本年5月出版
《花火─藝術愛漫遊作品集》。
