近年東華三院iBakery以開發銷售渠道為發展
方向，在企業伙伴的支持下，今年iBakery
與
Häagen-Dazs™
和陽明山莊建立了合作
關係，而這種長遠的合作模式，除了幫助
iBakery的營運，也是對社會企業產品質素的
肯定。iBakery希望通過這些合作，可以將產
品和理念帶給廣大的顧客群。

初夏限定甜點
及月餅推廣
iBakery與
Häagen-Dazs™
攜手合作，在2017年
6月推出「優質雪糕配上美味手工曲奇」的限
定甜點，及在2017年9月推出包含共融信息的
雪糕月餅，藉此讓社會各界認識及認同殘障人
士的工作能力，為他們製造更多就業機會。
陽明山莊開設iBakery曲奇銷售點
自2017年10月16日起，香港陽明山莊透過在其
會所大堂和餐廳設立的寄售點銷售iBakery曲
奇，以助推廣本院烘焙社會企業的產品，所有
收入將全數撥歸本院。此外，陽明山莊更正式
在其餐飲和客房服務中指定使用iBakery曲奇。
iBakery網上商店開業
iBakery的網上商店已於2017年11月正式開業，
同時推出多款節日產品，方便顧客在網上選購。

Extending Above-the-line and Below-the-line Sales Channels of iBakery
With support from corporate partners over these few years, iBakery regarded
the development of sales channels as strategic focus. This year, iBakery
have collaborated with Haagen-Dazs™ and Parkview. These long-term
cooperative ventures reflected a positive recognition of iBakery products
and will definitely benefit the brand and business. All these in return help
bring iBakery products and vision to the general public.
iBakery x Häagen-Dazs™ on Limited Special Offers
iBakery joined hands with Häagen-Dazs™ to present a series of limited special
offersthroughouttheyear.“QualityIce-creamwithDeliciousHandmadeCookies”
was launched in June, followed by ice creammooncakes carrying the message of
social inclusion in September to arouse public awareness of the employability of
the disabled and to help create more job opportunities for them.
Sales Outlets at Hong Kong Parkview
Since 16 October 2017, Hong Kong
Parkview has been helping to promote
iBakery by selling the bakery’s
handcrafted cookies at its selected
food and beverage outlets, with 100%
of the sales proceeds going
to iBakery. iBakery cookies
are available at Lifestyle Café
and Hong Kong Parkview’s
serviced
apartments
as
welcome amenities.
iBakery’s Online Store
iBakery’s online store was
launched in November 2017,
providing products as well
as a range of festive sets for
online purchase.
