東華三院餐飲社企推行綠色運作
本院聘用殘疾人士的餐飲社會企業，包括愛烘
焙餐廳、愛烘焙輕食站、自在軒餐飲服務、賞
味軒（香港大學）、賞味軒（香港教育大學），
已全線成功考獲環保署「惜食香港」的金級
「咪嘥野食店」，承諾在日常運作中有效實施減
少廚餘的措施，並積極鼓勵顧客減少使用即棄
餐具，包括舉行「無飲管日」及「走杯」優惠等。
開設便利店「敬意棧」
東華三院莫羅瑞華綜合職業復康中心於2017
年11月在東華三院馮堯敬醫院開設便利店
「敬意棧」，售賣日常用品予醫院院友，並為
殘疾人士提供在職零售訓練。
穿梭體驗展才能計劃
東華三院復康服務部與屬下兩間特殊學校東華
三院徐展堂學校及東華三院群芳啟智學校攜手
合作，透過舉辦校內模擬學習、本部職業復康
服務及社會企業的實習體驗，讓快將離校的
學生及其家長為未來發展作好準備。
映像夢啟航計劃
東華三院屬下社會企業「映誌高」去年獲董事
局慷慨撥款，舉辦名為「映像夢啟航計劃」的
製作助理職前訓練班，為逾40名年齡介乎15
至29歲的青少年，接受專業技能訓練及實習。
計劃於2017年7月正式開展，在首階段，學員
按其興趣及發展方向，分別參與攝影、錄像
製作、圖像設計、化妝及髮型設計等專業技
能培訓，不少著名媒體製作人，如2017年香
港電影金像獎最佳導演歐文傑先生，亦應邀舉
辦工作坊，分享入行經驗和製作電影的心得。
完成訓練後，參加者進行實習，實踐所學。

TWGHs catering social enterprises
employed people with disabilities,
including iBakery Gallery Cafe, iBakery
Express, “Take a Break” Catering
Service, U Deli HKU and U Deli EdUHK.
All enterprises received Golden Level
of the “Food Wise Eateries” under the
“Food Wise Hong Kong Programme
organised by the Environmental
Protection Department. They commited
to reducing surplus food and food
waste in the operation. In addition,
the restaurant actively encourages
customers to reduce the consumption of
disposable tableware, including the “No
Straw Day” and “Go Cup” promotions.
Opening of Retail Kiosk
A retail kiosk at TWGHs Fung Yiu King Hospital run by TWGHs Mok Law Sui Wah
Integrated Vocational Rehabilitation Centre was launched in November 2017,
offering daily necessities to patients of the Hospital and retail trainings to
the disabled.
Bridging Service to Prepare Graduates with Special Education
Needs for Training and Employment Opportunities
TWGHs Rehabilitation Services Section collaborated with 2 special schools, TWGHs
Tsui Tsin Tong School and TWGHs Kwan Fong Kai Chi School, to provide relevant
practical training through in-school simulations, our Vocational Rehabilitation
Service and social enterprises to students graduating in the near future so as to
prepare them and their families well for the future.
Image P.R.O. “Pride in Re-Orientation”
TWGHs’ Social Enterprise, Image Pro, with funding support from the Board of
Directors, Image Pro organised “Image P.R.O (Pride in Re-orientation)”, a vocational
training programme for production assistants for 40 youngsters aged between 15
to 29. The Programme kick-started in July 2017, the first phase of the Programme
involved skill training courses in different areas, covering photography, video
production, graphic design,
makeup and hair styling. In
addition, industry experts
such as Mr. Jevons AU, the
Best Director of Hong Kong
Film Award 2017, were
invited as mentors to share
their
experiences
with
the young people. Upon
completion of the training,
trainees were given different
internship opportunities.
學員透過專業訓練和實習，學習多媒體知識及技能，並培養正
面的工作態度。
