圓滿人生服務及安辭服務分別撰寫研究成果予第十九屆老年學研討會暨第二十六屆香港老年學週年大會進行發佈，其中“ The effectiveness of Spirituality Enhancement Group for Chinese Elders : evidence from a quasi-experiment”及“Strategies for enhancing autonomy among older adults in Care and Attention Homes: An advance care planning program”獲大會接納為口頭報告，而“The New model of One-stop Funeral Care and Education Service：Centre of Life Enlightening”亦獲接納為海報報告，當日由研究小組成員於會議內進行簡報，更與來自不同地方的學者及安老服務界同工作經驗交流及分享，以了解各地安老服務的發展。
