部門高級經理(服務發展)

Roles & responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of Community Services Division (HCSD) to plan and develop the organization’s business strategy on service development in partnership with internal and external stakeholders;
- plan, direct and coordinate the development of self-financing operations of the Community Services Division;
- explore the feasibilities, formulate strategies and implement projects on poverty alleviation in line with the corporate directions;
- advise, develop and set up alternate flexible manpower strategies to provide and enhance the manpower supply of caring, nursing and paramedical staff of the Division;
- assist the HCSD to take charge of and coordinate cross-service development projects;
- advise on the development and take the lead to explore and ascertain service development opportunities of innovative services to meet community service needs in the areas such as gerontechnology, housing and transportation;
- formulate sound strategies and devise suitable mechanisms on finance, human resources management, marketing and branding of self-financing operations with the ultimate goal of maximizing their cost-effectiveness and sustainability; and
- explore the feasibilities, formulate strategies and implement sustainable development of social services in the Mainland in response to the government policy on sharing the expertise and integrating the service development in the Greater Bay Area.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- (a) – A recognized degree in Social Work with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in the rank of Social Work Officer or equivalent; and – registered under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance (Cap. 505) as Registered Social Worker; or (b) a recognized degree in any discipline with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience;
- preferably with strong business sense and solid experience in supervisory role and self-financing operations; and
- proficiency in English and Chinese.
Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
