助理物業發展主任

Location: Sheung Wan
Roles & responsibilities:
- Conduct valuations and assessments of comparable sales, rental levels and prevailing market yields of the Group’s property portfolio;
- provide support to superiors in conducting market research and feasibility studies;
- assist in reviewing development plans for the Group’s investment properties and assessing development potential;
- assist in evaluating and reviewing the market value and rental levels of the Group’s investment properties, and preparing periodic revaluation reports and portfolios for accounting purposes;
- update, analyze and report relevant market information and news for the effective management of the Property Market Information Centre;
- provide support to superiors in responding to user enquiries by providing professional insights and advice on property development projects and land matters;
- assist in coordinating development projects with consultants and joint-venture partners; and
- perform any ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- A recognized Associate Degree/Higher Diploma preferably in Real Estate/Surveying/Estate Management or related discipline plus at least 1 year of relevant working experience in the field of valuation, surveying or property development; and
- preferably technical competence, good negotiation skills and strong property market sense.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered on contract terms with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
