助理發展主任(物業)

Location: Sheung Wan
Roles & responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily operations and events coordination for transitional housing projects;
- coordinate with various stakeholders and manage logistics to support the project’s overall mission;
- coordinate design and promotional materials for online and offline advertising, including brochures, leaflets, videos, photographs or banners for facilitating all marketing, events and workshops;
- provide clerical and administrative support to the transitional housing projects and supervisors, including marketing and event management, maintaining accurate records, preparing necessary documentation, issuing debit notes and receipts, maintaining on-site tenancy database and facilitating communication among team members;
- develop and execute event planning and strategies, logistic management, stakeholder communication, on-site management and post-event activities;
- optimize multimedia platform management across various channels;
- develop and implement strategic content plans, monitor performance metrics and adapt strategies; and
- perform any ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- a recognized associate degree/higher diploma in Economics/Real Estate/Marketing/Business or related disciplines;
- strong graphic design skills with proficiency in relevant software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., In-design, Illustrator and Photoshop) and after effect;
- proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- responsible, independent, self-motivated and adaptable;
- flexible, energetic, passionate and self-driven individual; and
- shift duty may be required.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered on contract terms with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
