Location: Yau Ma Tei
Roles & responsibilities:
- Oversee the clinic’s operations and service delivery;
- undertake planning, implementation, evaluation and quality improvement of services;
- coordinate with multi-disciplinary healthcare professionals, community organizations and the public for service provision and health education;
- lead and supervise the multi-disciplinary team of the clinic;
- develop, monitor and review quality and standards in clinic;
- supervise and train the staff including their continuous professional development.
- manage the resources of the clinic;
- act as resource and referral agent on clinical expertise and perform clinical duties;
- provide counseling services and health education to clients, their relatives and the public;
- follow-up with the clients on abnormal examination results;
- handle complaints, data entry of the examination results and prepare statistics reports;
- initiate and participate in evidence-based practice and research; and
- perform any other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- A recognized Degree in Nursing/related discipline or equivalent;
- registered at the Nursing Council of Hong Kong with a valid Practicing Certificate;
- at least 5 years of post-registration experience of which at least 3 years in ambulatory services/administration and management of healthcare services; and
- the followings are preferred:
(a) a Master Degree in Nursing or related discipline; or
(b) qualification in advanced nursing specialty (i.e. recognized post-registration certificate or post-graduate certificate/diploma course in nursing specialty).

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will be appointed on contract terms with a salary currently at $77,855 per month (Tung Wah Master Pay Scale Point 32). Entry salary depends on years of recognized experience. The salary and allowance are subject to downward/upward adjustment or may be frozen as determined by Tung Wah and/or as appropriate with reference to the civil service pay review. The fringe benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships.
