Roles & responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Corporate Communications Manager in developing and executing the corporate brand-building and promotion strategies across multiple channels to raise the Group’s profile and strengthen stakeholder trust and support;
- plan, coordinate and execute integrated communication campaigns from concept through execution and performance monitoring, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and brand guidelines;
- establish and maintain good relationships with media, industry partners and key stakeholders, draft press releases, Q&As and compelling narratives for media pitching; and oversee interview requests to optimize media coverage opportunities for the Group;
- plan and implement promotional campaigns, and monitor the production of communication materials and publications to ensure messaging is clear, consistent and on-brand;
- manage the Group’s website and social media platforms to drive publicity, engagement and image building; plan and execute content calendars and monitor digital performance;
- assist in planning and executing corporate and service-based events including media events, press conferences and opening ceremonies etc.; coordinate logistics, vendors and on-site operations to ensure smooth delivery;
- manage relationships with internal divisions, vendors, agencies and partners to ensure communications are delivered promptly and meet quality expectations;
- tracks campaign and event performance using Key Performance Indicators (e.g. media coverage, reach, engagement, sentiment); prepare post-campaign reports and recommendations for continuous improvement;
- support rapid responses and issues management activities by monitoring media coverage, and coordinating internal approvals; and
- perform other tasks as assigned by the Division Head and Senior Corporate Communications Manager.
The ideal candidate should have/be:
- A recognized degree, preferably in Communications, Translations, Journalism or related disciplines;
- at least Grade D or above in both English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language in the HKCEE or equivalent;
- at least 6 years of post-qualification experience in corporate communications, marketing and copywriting and with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity preferred. Prior experience working with NGOs is also an advantage;
- excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- proven ability to craft corporate and marketing communications materials in a style and tone that effectively engage target audiences;
- good knowledge with experience in creating content tailored to different audiences of diverse social media platforms;
- well established media network coupled with extensive experience in managing media relations;
- solid experience in planning and executing promotional campaigns with strong organizational skills, attention to details, and proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders; and
- strong team player with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & employment terms:
The successful candidate will initially be offered a 3-year contract with a remuneration package which will be commensurate with his/her background and experience. The continuation of employment and employment terms thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement. Apart from contributions to the MPF Scheme, other benefits include paid annual leave, medical services, a dental scheme and training sponsorships. The incumbent will normally work under a 5-day week schedule subject to operational needs and exigencies of the service.
